• Account information: name, phone number, role (shipper/carrier/owner).
• Order information: pickup/delivery addresses, cargo details, contact numbers.
• Location data: for drivers who enable live GPS sharing during active deliveries (used only while sharing is ON).
• Vehicle information: for owners who add vehicles for valuation and income tracking.

2. How We Use Information

• To process and track delivery orders and waybills.
• To match cargo with available carriers on the Load Board.
• To show live driver location to customers tracking a shipment.
• To send notifications about bookings, matches, and order status.
• To calculate fares, fuel costs, and vehicle valuations.

3. Location Data

Driver GPS location is collected only when the driver manually starts sharing for an active delivery, and stops when sharing is turned off. Location is used solely to show shipment progress to the customer.

4. Information Sharing

We share contact details between matched shippers and carriers to arrange deliveries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment is processed via KBZPay; we do not store card or bank credentials.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored as hashed values. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
